 I just started this hobby, hope you all can share some tips with me next time (when I need 'em) I have a FDG, 2 Toys 'r' Us Berettas & a M4A1 (From BT) Planning to start off with removable mag/dustcover/bolt carrier for my M4 first. Halfway through my planning, just need to get the materials.

I would like to ask about the M4 RIS Carbine, how do you guys take the orange tip off? I tried twisting a little but nothing happen.

m4 ris with transparent carrying handle? you want to take out the orange tip so u can open the gun? just unscrew the handguard and remove it, the barrel and orange tip is attatched to the iron sights and can be removed after you open the hand guard

Nope, it's the one with scope, but thanks anyway, I opened it & found out that it is not needed for me to take tip off to open.
Just to share, I used hot water to get the tip off.
So far, I've emptied the wires and all from inside the gun, going to get wall putty from home-fix/self-fix to fill it.
OT: Is it ok if I create a thread just to show people some of my guns and all? Like modification, tutorials.

i guess the guys here wont mind you making a personal thread, as long as you have lots to share and update regularly. Take xing221 and staromega for example

I see. Might post there soon. Just started so maybe not much mod I can think of. I'm still not sure what to do with the Berettas.
As for the thread, might not do it so soon, after seeing all the flaming I xing221's thread haha.
