Hello Guys,

We are a woodball team with origins from Western Australia (WolfPack WA). We have started
a team here to promote woodsball and with airsoft as a supplement. We train weekly and mostly
for games in Malaysia and some in WA.
It is great to see so many exciting events happening in Singapore
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Looking for fit and commited players but must pass following stages to join the Pack:
Stage1:  Pass Fitness test and 11km endurance hike
Stage2:  Pass BASIC Test
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello. What exactly is woodsball, can you give a brief description of it? Smiley

[I'm probably not fit to hike 11km, anyway, haha. Reminds me of route-marching days in the army... but just curious anyway.]

Hi Bravo20,

Woodsball is actually Paintball in the Woods. In fill camo, vest, tactical markers, GPS, NVG.
We are on facebook Wolfpack Singapore as well as WolfPack WA paintball team.
A bit more history at www.wabushballclub.com.
It's all about tactics, team work and having fun. Our team motto is: Unity, Strength and Courage.
Most woodsball games are played in Malaysia. Infact there is one this 25th-26 Spet at Kajang near KL.
Likely to be about 100 players a side. Yes, we are talking about 200 players on on big field.
The theme for this event is Hanoi Hilton, to save some down pilots in enemy camp and destroy enemy AAA before
you can call for evac. Good fun. There is very little participation from Singapore so our team is trying to  promote and
increase awareness. We use Airsoft as a training platform in Singapore because it is alot cheaper.
There is a WolfPack SG player selection on 2nd Oct 2010. Let me know if you are keen.

Hi,

We have a min age of 18yrs old as we will be travelling overseas mostly to Malaysia for big scenario games and also one trip a year to Western Australia for a big game. The Aust trip will be full field camp, from airport to field, tents, camp cooking, camp fire. Lodging is basically free as we will be camping in the bush. It's the game fees, air ticket and the food only.
Just a quick look at WolfPack WA  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9kvBSwxiDQ

WolfPack SG is new in Singapore. The first batch[03072010] is still going thru BASIC training for a game in KAJANG.
We are looking for more Wolfpack SG players to represent Singapore in the scenario scene.

The stages in Wolfpack SG include: (all courses are free)

Stage1 - Selection: Fitness + endurance hike
* upon completion, will be labelled as WolfPups and invited to take the BASIC course

Stage2 - BASIC(Battle Awareness & Survival Inoculation Course)
*upon completion, considered deployable to games and will formally join the Pack as a member

Stage3 - ATAC course (Advance Tactical Assault Course) include night Navigation, night missions
*upon completion, expected to lead non members in games, some will be invited to join the
 section commander leadership course (SCLC)

Stage4 - SCLC (section commander leadership cpurse)
*upon completion, expected to lead a team of 3 to 5 men in to scenario games.

Note: There is a test at every stage, it is physically demanding. therefore the fitness requirements.
in BASIC test(Stage2) there is a full gear 1km run. (including mask and marker), in ATAC test (Stage3),
there isa full gear 2km run.

Note: The format and training is consistent with those members in Western Australia. Vidoes can be viewed on
youtube under "wolfpackwa"

Anyone keen to join the Pack please message me or message wolfpacksingapore@gmail.com

Again, anyone keen please message me. Need to prepare logistics.
Note that the endurance hike is loaded, which means you will be carrying a 10kg pack.

We are looking team player, a thinking player and willing to learn the art of jungle fighting (woodball style) for
scenario games in Malaysia. Of strong character with "never give up" attitude. It will be tough, it will be rough and
it will be fun! No solo rambos or solo snipers. We move as a team, "fight" as a team
and win as a team. No man will be left behind.

Hey Bravo20,

It's the only way to get some serious fun in the bush (woods). Been doing this for awhile now and it is addictive.
Planning your games, going for training, executing the plans and when it all work out, man it's a damm good feeling.
It doesn't matter whether we win or lose a game, the most important thing is to operate as one unit. That's our strength.
Everyone has a role to play. We pride ourselves in our discipline, integrity, hardwork and courage. Most of all, having
fun with a bunch of like minded, fun lovely Singaporeans! Join us if you are keen.

Cheers
