Gosh, didn't knew someone came up with that idea too in FX forum. but then again, they r PRO hehe. I'm still at the padawan stage in saber making. Well, time to get working on the prototype.
PS: Yess...The white glow effect and dark core is what im talking about =D

I just got a promo email from ultrasabers, they've got a limited supply of amethsyt Violet (purple) LEDs, which can be fixed into any of their curretn line up. any one interested in sharing the shipping cost can pm me or post here. Color Chart for Kit Sabers I've taken out Cyan color as the ones supplied are of a darker shade of green. There is another color which is FireRed, its red with a tinge of orange. :p  |

Hmmm... I seem to remember that Ultrasaber's Blue sabers are somewhat brighter than their Red sabers, but that was a trick they pulled off by varying resistors and batteries. Like, at the cost of an additional 5 ohm resistor, they added one more battery for the Blue saber, making it that much brighter than the Red sabers. Although locally, our Red sabers seem brighter than our blue sabers. Hell, my Ultrasabers Red is brighter than my BlackTech Blue.

Some updates, purple color is gonna be available.
Saber that can switch between colors is in development too. Just wait til i can find the damn switch.

i'd vote for yellow.
Yellow bladed lightsaber was used by my 2nd fav Jedi of all time and he only appeared in the Expandade Universe: Ganner Rhysode.
