his katana is upside down too. But the guy on the left followed firearm safety.
That was what I meant when I said wrong unsheathing - the fact that it's upside down means he can only draw upwards, thus "telescoping" his moves to the opponent who can already anticipate and strike first.
I think though, that he actually drew the blade properly if he intended to use it reverse-blade style. Or something like that haha. I'll leave it up to the experts.
In other news - the guys who took our fancy photos never got back to us... I'm not sure if I accidentally deleted the email -> I would have noticed something so nice and huge agnyway. Time to move on, boys...
