Ok, this one happened when I was brushing my teeth.
How do you beautify a gaping hole ?
That hole is 18mm wide.


I used a cap from a broken toy from my Bits Box
( Yes, modders should have a "Bits Box" where all the broken toy parts are to be used for recycle.)
Used Goop to glue it.
That cap is 18mm wide & it fits!
