I say we should keep a tight roster and a tidy name list on who is going.
This is to prevent a repeat of the three musketeer events from happening.
( To prevent gate crashers and irresponsible people from saying We are from BT forum.)
I also promote a daily briefing of the conduct as a reminder to prevent public images from being tarnished.

Sorry a question about this event? So can I come in any attire or must strictly follow a character in a game. Or is it only for those taking part in the Cosgames.
Would like to support this event but I need to tweak my attire to resemble some character in some game?
The closest I can think of is some those random no name TF141 guys who always die in MW2. If I put on my office attire and tactical gear I could do the No Russian Scenario...

it's like comifest, where cosplayers are unofficial part of the event. you just show up and walk around the event area to showcase your costume. so no need to follow strictly a certain game char.
