Everyone is a NOOB at certain stages.

SCAR & HK416 ( its called Four-Sixteen) are from diff companies.
SCAR is from Farbrique Nationale of Belgium while HK 416 is from Heckler and Koch ( say "C-oak" ) of Germany.

That isn't a very apt analogy in my opinion, sorry Tadase-san.

They are both equally successful although Barrett is probably most well-known for its big-ass M82 anti-materiel rifle.

On the other hand, H&K has had many many quality products over the years...
