Hey guys, I finally got off my lazy ass and finished making my Nerf AR15.
It has a magpul theme to it, and it's 99% complete (Waiting for my Dark Earth 7.62 magpul to arrive Cheesy)
So, yeah, less talk more pictures.

Currently this is my favourite and most comfortable setup.

@xing: I'm not sure, i got it off from fellow nerfers. Theres only one type of petg tube nerfers use so you just need to get that. The diameter of it should be the same as the one im using. Hope this helps!

@ Natz2552 - nice work!

I just finished painting my Longshot:

I added a trigger guard, some proper 20mm rails, a cut down M4 hanguard under the front end and an EBR stock. It still fires when the silencer is pulled off, just have to sort out a charging handle.  Smiley

Another nice work.  For the charging handle, what come in my mind is M14 kind.  But that just me.

Use a Vernier caliper

This is one I personally encountered too many times; Nerf dart shares the same caliber as Ma Deuce.

Just a question, Do you guys remove the internals of the nerf gun before spraying or just spray over the shell without removing anything? If i decide to just spray over the shell without removing the internals, will the paint affect the mechanisms inside?

Depends on the gun - sometimes I will disassemble it to spray on the inside of the main body panels (but not the mechanism) if that's the only way to paint over the plastic colour in deep nooks and crannies. You can often get away with just spraying the outside but check carefully for traces of the original colour in small depressions and screw holes too.

Thanks alot bros, Im just afraid that the paint might get into the mechanism by the corking handle slit, which may screw the performance of the internals.

Note: this is NOT POPPING Champagne.

ITS PRIMING HANDLE.

Not CORKING handle.
( It is to be exact: "COCKING" )
