Hi all! Casting for the following main character to join an ensemble cast:

Police Detective, 23 years old, no racial preference, must be Singaporean
Newly posted to the investigative services after strong recommendations from his superior officers in the uniformed divisions, where he displayed tremendous potential to be an investigator.
 
Young and inexperienced, he often insists on working by the book, which comes into conflict with the more seasoned detectives. He is also a bit cautious when it comes to building relationships with his colleagues.
 
He dislikes the idea of having to work with a female partner.
