2 customers on 2 different occasions, broke the sample that was passed to them.
One just instinctively squeeze the trigger so hard that it broke.
Another grabbed the rifle and then start to pose around like he was in COD game, broke the barrel in half when he smacked into the customer.
Got quarrel for being careless and cannot control himself by the irate customer.
Both of them in the end had to pay for breaking the sample.

Were they both kids??? It's hard to imagine how someone could break the barrel by hitting it against someone... seriously... the area inside BT is quite cramp and I don't think it's a good idea to allow customers to handle the samples.
U don't see Toys R Us opening up their toys to allow ppl to see their samples also.

Well when a mod rifle/pistol very pricey, it is hard not to show ppl the actual stuff to check and examine the worksmanship. Come on, end of day the price is high becos of the worksmanship and even so if the item is Out of Production (OOP) item.
Sometime photo posted are not accurate or description not detail enough. For example, I once saw a mod M4 with jam trigger. Unknowning such condition, you sequeeze it as per normal it might breaks.
Handle with care, especially if it is a pricey item. If ready must see, ask the item to be placed on the counter to examine it visually. Till you are convince, then handle it.
