Well littering occurs at every cosplay event I dare say, even those held in polytechnics like EOY and stuff. It's sad that it should happen, but... Singaporeans or not, there is a tendency to just leave stuff around (intentional or deliberate). I seem to recall a study somewhere about littering - the basic act of providing more bins reduced the amount littered and the spread of anti-littering messages didn't work - I can't remember the source of it now, but yeah...

As for postings, yes we need to heavily self-censor ourselves because that's how the various laws and institutions in Singapore work - setting OB markers (out-of-bound) which mean certain doom if crossed. It sucks to do it, but we have to, yes. And be sensible, of course.
