We appreciate to all who support us & in turn we do whatever we can to keep this hobby going.

However we would like to draw a line between our private lives and the Hobby we are catering.

We have been getting telephone calls from 13 to 14 years old asking how to mod their Toys.

Out of courtesy, we refer them to the forum and suggest to them to read the article in there.

It seems that it has brought to our attention that there is a slew of "Skill Deficient / Dependent" people who took it for granted that this place is 24/7 help desk for their needs.  

Yes, we practiced customer service to best of our abilities but do not confuse this with good-will.

"I don't how to fill putty in the replicas, can you do it for me ?"
( That is as good as saying, can you take exams in my place ? )

"I wanna mod but dunno how to...."
( That is like saying I wanna have a PS3 but dun wanna work for it.)

We are a Hobby Store not a Special School for People with Special Needs.
( No offense, there are people whom I seen have more spine than some able bodied ones.)

BT's job is just to provide supplies that AID in modding.

How you wanna mod the gun is up to your imagination. E.g. You'd like a Sniper with the bolt on the right side, you ask me mod for you, I made it on the left side. Then you'd wanna scold me? Nay! Best if your ownself mod coz only you can visualize how exactly you want the gun to look like. I dunno what your idea is coz I'm not you.
