Mod's reminder:
Read pleasehttp://black-technology.com/forum/the-tactical-club/black-tactical-unit/msg66205/#msg66205NO Theoretical WAR scenario talks Most of the people I know here are SGeans.
Unless you are planning to high-tail to other countries, NO subject on what I "wanna-be" so and so.
You can RE-ENACT. But do not claim their credits.
Of course, if you are a US citizen and a Marine. I rest my case if not, do not undermine their names / unit.
I will take lead; I was a Forward Observer Radio-Operator (Infantry) in NS.

We don't need another so-called ex-US army soldier to come and show-off his 'experiences' and end up criticising Singapore's defence force & other matters. (Because it happened last year) But i'm sure that we can talk about why we find some special forces cool and fantasize(best to put fantasies into action - COSPLAY :p)

A Ex-US Soldier should know better than showing off his experiences. Whoever this could be some kid or teen trying to show off his knowledge We are here to have a good clean fun and why we like certain special forces unit.

If I had the oportunity to go back and change my vocation today, I would. But alas, I can only wish I had gone for the Norwegian version of Navy seals. They cross train with US Navy Seals, and are way better at dealing with cold climates (one reason they have been extremely sucessful in Afghanistan). But then again, being Norwegian, I am biased One SF group that is missing here would be another of my favorites; British SBS (Special Boat Squadron). They originally belong to Royal Marines, but are a more maritime version of SAS. They do everything that SAS do, but more emphasis on maritime ops. My 0.2 cents, anyways

Green beret is just a name, their official name is the U.S Special forces, divided in Special forces team. And the official name for delta force is CAG(combat applications group) Well, for me,Special forces and the 3rd battalion 75th ranger regiment..Maybe a little bit of SWCC..
