@Dan and JJ: I'm not sure how the group anime cosplayers do it, really, I suppose they do change poses from time to time, quick enough for the photogs to readjust. For the solo posers they can change any time they like.
Like I've mentioned on Facebook, they do have a certain repetoire of poses to go through, whereas we at best have: port arms, high kneel, prone, standing shoulder.
We need to work on scenario-based poses: e.g. a fireteam conferring together, breaching invisible doors, sniper/spotter, or SWAT tactical movement (i.e. with shielders in front and the like).
Easier said than done though. Hehehe.
