Here is an airsoft M4 Gas Blowback that its owner has spent US$4k on.

Blackwater personnel killed by IED, unknown PMC killed by IED, 7 Marines killed in Sea Knight crash, IED hitting combatant convoy... At least the Abrams that survived the IED was cool.

I think ultimately if someone signs on as a full time soldier or even as a merc, they would know they're throwing themselves into situations that would likely result in death and if it happens to be caught on camera, its purpose would be educational for new combatants to expect these things in a warzone.

Sure it may be insensitive to post something like this but there are movies already portraying the horrors of war from Saving Private Ryan to Black Hawk Down, do they tarnish the reputation of those who died in those conflicts when they show people shot to crap and blown to hell?

I'm sure in the future movies will be made about the iraq conflict and they will portray as violently as in those GIFs. You and i will pay money to actually see this in the comfort of a cinema.

Do i find these images offensive and insensitive? No i don't. Sure people died but we can only honor them for the sacrifices they made and for educating others and the public about war and how to learn to survive in such situations.

Like you said, it's a portrayal in movies, these are actual footage if you realised. Everyone's got an opinion.

Ch5 still shows that Worlds Most Amazing Videos where actual footage of people in accidents or incidents actually dying in some of the segments.

Heh well it may not be funny... in fact i dont laugh at them unless its completely bullocks...

But you have to admit some are oddly albeit morbidly interesting enough to watch

Well i would guess the GIFs are warfare related as are guns.. so... yeah...
