For the past 2 weeks, we have been receiving a series of e-mails and teenagers walking into the store to ask on the models we are selling.

A number claims that their parents are stationed at air force bases in USA by the RSAF, hence they have "exposed" to Gun Culture of USA.

They came in claiming knowing this and that on guns except humility and decent self control behavior.

"In US, they can do this or that" was the usual answer they quote.

Stop it. This is not in USA soil anymore. This is Singaporean Soil.
Whatever USA allows, it stays back there.

Decades before we used to look up to people who spent their lives aboard, now it appears otherwise.

Now this is not a blanket statement. I am sure there are those who are better than the ones in question.


We respect and value customers but there is a line between order and anarchy.
We value Creativity, Courtesy and Self Respect.

I am very sure there are folks who are pupils who spent time aboard learning how to be independent, think on their feet and learning to be self-reliant.

They don't even know where the hell the priming handle is on an ACR, what does a fire selector switch do and shotguns aren't just pump action. Teenagers mind you. Sec 1-2s who think they own the world. I hate to think I used to be like that. Scares me sometimes too

There are idiots out there who thinks they know how gun works just by playing COD.
Can't help it, but it's so true. There's just too many teenagers out there who thinks they're like some boss. All they need is just a smack in their face for them to realise their positions.

It is actually quite shocking to know that people only know magpul as the rubber thing to pull your mag,and not Magpul Dynamics,which came out with the magpul,the AFG,the BAD lever and other innovative devices..

Seen lotsa them. I asked them what is a SS-109 ball they gimme that stupid look....
Ask them about bullet wobble they say "huh?"
Ask them about penetration characteristics they quiet..
Ask them about 25 meters bullet incline they say I bullshit... (at 25 meters, if you fire it will hit 5 inches above where you aim) for M16/SAR21.

Sigh....

For those in NS having to do night time hip shot at 25 meters with your LAD switched on please take note of the characteristics mentioned. Aim the laser dot 5 inches below where you want to hit if your LAD is zeroes for 300m. Aim it 1.5 - 2 inches below target if zeroed for 100m

One incident with a farking Sec 1 while I taking bus home today =.=. Damn what leh...

Me n my friend discussing 'bout firearms and exchanging pointers and knowledge cos we have a fair, not say expert, knowledge of firearms, and pointing out some weapon inaccuracies in certain games. Den some sec1 we dunno who, go n jump in and "attempt" to showcase that he knows just as much, if not more, about firearms as us. Den, we ask him this.

M16 entered service in what year?
His answer: WW2........ diao.....

AK47 came into service in what year?
His answer: 1947, ok fine...the name can tell already, but obvious he guess wan.

Den after we ask a few more questions and get a few more dumbass answers, I ask him about the STG44.
His response: "Eh, I know dat gun! You can mount an ACOG on it, rite?"

I felt like shooting myself =.=. So I just smile and say "No, you can't".
His response: "EH! BUT THATS NOT HOW IT IS IN COD: WAW"...................................

I feel like punching his face sia.......  If you guys encounter this fella and manage to have less violent thoughts, pls tell me, I want to learn from you
