dude this is everywhere some COD kid they think that "oh i play COD so i know alot guns" there was a time where my friends were talking our BF3 game and a little gun history in school this sec 2 boy came up to us and he is like "Oh the M16 is sucks in COD 3 burst fire it sucks la"

i wanted to rip his head off!! i have used the M16 from the first MW1 and still in BF3. So my friend was like playing with him. He said 'WOW where u get your gun knowledge from?" he said COD MW3 thats is why i gave up on that game
So my friend is like oh man u suck and we just walked away form him lol

Shouldnt even bother to talk to him in the first place. Just let him rot and regret he made the wrong choice to learn his "accurate" gun knowledge from.
